VaianaExpress: All shipments are fulfilled and processed through our Shopify store.


Shipping Coverage

Shipping Location:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 Excluded Locations:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or diplomatic locations at this time.

Future Expansion:
International shipping may be added in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


Shipping Costs

  • FREE shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required.

  • No hidden fees. All costs (if any) are transparently listed at checkout.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard U.S. Delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days including processing

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high volume

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives with missing or damaged items:

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable: Personalized or custom-made items

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping

  • Customer Remorse (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are charged.

Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
