Welcome to VaianaExpress.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use this site and make purchases.
3. Who we are and how we sell
We are an independent watch retailer. We are not an authorized dealer for the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
Our watches are fulfilled by a partner warehouse in Germany and shipped directly to you, with all duties and import taxes prepaid. Because of this, we do not hold physical stock in the United States.
4. Product information and condition
Each product page describes the watch's condition. Most watches are sold as new. Some — including our TAG Heuer collection — are sold as ex-display stock, which may have been serviced and may contain non-original components. Where this applies, it is disclosed on the product page, and you agree that you have read the condition disclosure before buying.
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in packaging may occur.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or limit any order — including after payment — if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized resale, or if the order contains a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
6. Pricing errors
We work to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.
7. Pricing and taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
8. Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the day you order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
9. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Every watch carries a 2-year VaianaExpress warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in that policy. This warranty is provided by VaianaExpress, not by the brand manufacturer.
10. Payment disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at info@VaianaExpress.com. Most issues — including delays, returns and warranty claims — can be resolved directly and faster than through a card dispute.
11. User conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property, use false contact information, or harvest other users' data. We may end access for violations.
12. Third-party services
Our site may link to third-party tools and websites, including Shopify apps, social media and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content or actions.
13. Intellectual property
Our site content, design and original text belong to VaianaExpress or are used under license. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
14. Limitation of liability
Except for the warranty described in our Refund Policy, and to the extent permitted by law, VaianaExpress is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VaianaExpress against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, New York.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VaianaExpress.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and apply to orders placed after that date.
